A VFNH die cut to shape single and booklet pane from the 2010 Mental Health Semi-Postal Issue, plus a souvenir sheet and booket pane from the 2011 issue. Both booklet panes are printed on LF TRC paper, and come from the top of the booklets. Only 165,000 of souvenir sheets were issued.
