A VFNH horizontal pair of the 2c carmine red Anti-Aircraft Gun from the 1940 National Defense Issue imperf between stamps, and partly perforated left margin. The left margin is 60% imperforate, due to either omission or massive breakage of the perforating pins on the perforating wheel. This is actually the cause of the imperf between as well, but most pairs usually show full perfs on the outside margins.
