A VFNH single of the 30c multicoloured Queen Elizabeth II from the 1977-1982 Floral & Environment Issue deep magenta on LF3/MF6-fl paper, unlisted & scarce. Unitrade lists a LF paper, but it is generally DF with a sparse concentration of LF or MF fibres. This paper has a low density concentration of MF fibres, giving it an unmistakeable MF glow on the back. From the front it is a clear LF also, whereas most 791's are dull on the front.
