2 VFOG singles of the 13c blue Halifax Harbour from the 1938-1942 Mufti Issue two different printings, each a slightly different shade, on vertical wove, with clear horizontal mesh, with cream semi-gloss gum. One stamp is printed in a slightly deeper shade, on vertical wove paper with clear horizontal mesh. This stamp has one toned perforation tip on the top. The second stamp has the same paper and gum, but is printed in a slightly paler shade.
