A note about how we calculated Dickinson Catalogue values in conjunction with Unitrade. Dickinson does not list paper varieties on FDC's, nor do they price anything other than a single. FDC's are typically regarded as being similar to mint stamps in the sense that if they are unaddressed, they are still valid for postage. So, that is why the FDC price in Unitrade is typically slightly more than a mint single.
