As per the note in Scott Classic, full margins on the imperforate issues are only 0.25 mm, so very fine examples will have margins that touch the outer portion of the design on 1 or 2 sides. Fine stamps can have the margin cutting into the design very slightly, while severely cut into stamps are VG or below.
