2 good used examples of the 3pf dark green & deep emerald green from the 1863 Embossed Arms Issue. Fine appearing used exampless that both have faults. The dark green has two pulled perfs at UL, but also a severe thin, which comes all the way through to the printed surface, and has been patched with a hinge and the deep emerald green stamp has two hinge thins that are fairly shallow. 2022 Scott cat. $165.
