4 Fair - fine OG singles of the 1c-2c, 15c-20c blue green - dark brown Champlain & Cartier - Cartier's Arrival from the 1908 Quebec Tercentenary Issue presentable, but all except the 2c have faults, the 2c having a large adhesion on the gum. The 1c has two gum thins, in addition to the perforation faults at the bottom. The 15c has both a diagonal tear and a thin at the top. The 20c has a diagonal corner crease at lower right, and 2 small tears at the top.
