3 VFNH LR plates 1-2 blocks of 4 of the 8c slate Queen Elizabeth II from the 1967-1973 Centennial Issue on DF1 & DF2 papers with smooth dex gum black on gray/light gray under UV. Two of the blocks have crackly dex gum, and one has smooth, glossy dex gum. The crackly dex blocks show some uneven gumming, with tiny, ungummed spots that at first appear to be gum disturbances, but are not.
