A well centered, fresh and very fine example of the 25¢ booklet from the 1942-1949 War Issue, containing two panes of four plus 2 labels of the 3c deep carmine-red (deeper than normal carmine red shade) and with the type II covers with 57 mm text. Harris front cover type IIe and back cover A. The panes are printed on smooth vertical wove. The booklet also contains the 6c airmail rate page. The contents have the following characteristics:
