2 VFNH corner se-tenant vertical pairs of the 35c multicoloured Avro Canada Jetliner, De Havilland Dash 7 from the 1981 Canadian Aircraft Issue. Black and fluorescent black plate inscriptions, LF3/F5 Paper. This is a most unexpected and interesting variety. Normally the plate inscription, printed in black ink just appears black under UV light. But one of the pairs here has an inscription which fluoresces quite markedly - much more so than the picture I took with my phone suggests.
