A basic set of Winnipeg tagged singles on HF and HB ribbed papers. The tagged stamps should exist on smooth paper, though they seem to be very scarce, as nearly all the tagged I see are on ribbed paper. Unitrade $7.20. The stamps offered here grade between 75 and 84.
