A christmas 1970 decorative holder containing each stamp (#519-530) issued in 2 strips of 5 and two singles. This collection has a handwritten note on the envelope from Kasimir Bileski, the famous Canadian stamp dealer, which reads: "Late, but only partly finished assembling my 1970 Christmas lots. At least can wish you a happy 1971 Mr. McCarthy. As for the enclosed, I see the PO accepted my idea to use mounts for the stamps. Otherwise they would be stuck down.". So it was Bileski who was instrumental in the change by the post office from pasted down stamps, as had been prevalent on the earlier collections, to supplying the stamps with mounts.
