2 VFNH singles of the 25c silver & multicolored Queen Elizabeth II from the 1977 Silver Jubilee Issue with dropped silver numerals on DF-fl paper.
On the normal stamp the '25' is level with the letters in 'Canada' or at least very close to it. On the variety the '25' is noticeably shifted downwards below 'Canada'. The paper appears dull on front & back even though there is a sparse concentration of low fluorescent fibers.
