A group of 2 Covers franked with combo & block of 4, with the block of 4 having the blue throat variety on the upper left stamp. This cover is an overfranked airmail cover, which is somewhat of a mystery as a block of 4 would still have been overpaid. The only logical conclusion that can be reached is that it is philatelic and the receiver wanted a block of 4 on the cover. The second cover is a lovely 25c combination franking to Australia, consisting of two pairs of the Emily Carr and Insulin issues, with the 1c being made up with a 1c Centennial.
