A VFNH booklet single of the 2c deep green Parliament Buildings from the 1982-1987 Artifacts & National Parks Issue. LF/DF Abitibi paper, 2-bar tag & horizontal tagging streaks. The Rolland paper is distinguished from Abitibi by the extremely bright white appearance of the gummed side, and the fact that it is completely opaque. Usually Abitibi paper has a slight cream undertone, but it is also slightly translucent, being a uncoated paper.
