A VFNH LL warning block of 4 of the 1c multicoloured Bottle Gentian from the 1977-1982 Floral & Environment Issue on DF1/DF1 paper showing donut flaw in precancel, pos. 82, possibly tertiary. This flaw is definitely not constant, as I have other LL blocks that do NOT show the variety. This is in fact the only instance I have encountered.
