The Rolland paper is distinguished from Abitibi by the extremely bright white appearance of the gummed side, and the fact that it is completely opaque. Usually Abitibi paper has a slight cream undertone, but it is also slightly translucent, being a uncoated paper. Harrison paper usually has a greenish gum, and the paper always curls from tension exerted by the contraction of the gum.
