A fine plastic outdoors card of the multicoloured Moose from the 1995-1998 Ontario Ministry Of Natural Resources Issue franked on back with 2 years each of moose & deer hunting licences. These cards were issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources for non-resident hunters. The cards were franked with an indicta of a 3 year small game licence, and then there were four spaces along the bottom of the card to which one would affix other licences for specific game, and as these licences expire, new decals would usually be affixed on top of the old ones. This card has two copies of a moose licence and two copies of a deer licence affixed. I graded it as fine, as the laminate is beginning to peel off in the lower left corner. But otherwise it would be a very fine card.

Van Dam does not list these cards, or the stamps on them, but a reasonable estimate of the value is $20.
