9 Ungraded used singles & 2 covers of the 1c-15c ultramarine - bright orange Benjamin Franklin - Daniel Webster from the 1873-1879 National & Continental Large Bank Note Issues without grill, hard paper, most with secret marks, all faulty & sold for reference study only. Includes two National Bank Note 3c values and one 10c with severe horizontal crease. Then, the Continental printings with secret marks include both 3c covers, a 1c, 3c, three 6c dull pinks and the 15c bright orange. All stamps have faults , including tears, thins, creases, missing perfs, etc. We are selling them as study material, as they can be used to gain a better understanding of the variations that occur in the papers and inks.
