Lot 343 United States Of America #11A 3c Orange Brown & Brownish Carmine George Washington, 1851-1857 Toppan Carpenter Issue, 2 Good & VG Used Singles on Piece Type II, Tied By Hartford, CT CDS cancels

2 good & VG used singles on piece of the 3c orange brown & brownish carmine George Washington from the 1851-1857 Toppan Carpenter Issue type II, tied by Hartford, CT CDS cancels. I have identified the orangier shade as a #11A in the orange red shade on the basis of the printing impression, which, according to the Swedish Tiger website lacks the sharpness required for it to be classified as a #10. It does have a march date, but we don't know the year, so it could easily be after 1852.
