A study lot of 18 singles of the 3c & 10c slate - black Schooner & Queen Victoria from the 1887-1898 Third Cents Issue highlighting various shades and papers. Most all are faulty. The 10c schooner is affixed to a piece, so we think it likely has a thin or a tear. But the only way to find our for sure is to soak it off.
