A VFNH plate 1 UR sheet of 50 of the 5c dark blue, rose & green Fireweed from the 1964-1966 Emblems Issue on DF vertically ribbed paper, with dropping flower blossom (pos. 30) & blowing petal (pos. 14), tertiary & possibly tertiary, smooth dex gum. The blowing petal variety is a new discovery and may be tertiary. The dropping flower blossom variety is definitely tertiary.
