2 fine NH singles of the 3c carmine red & carmine King George V from the 1928-1929 Scroll Issue one stamp on toned paper. The toned paper offered here does NOT appear to result from poor storage, but appears to be an actual different type of paper used for printing. We say that, because the colour is even throughour the paper, whereas toning due to poor storage usually results in uneven colouring, or it is much deeper and browner. Here, the stamp is completely fresh.
