Lot 321 Canada #14 1c Rose, Queen Victoria, 1859-1867 First Cents Issue, Single Usage of Perf. 11.75 on December 1861 Circular
A fine circular, printed in French, sent somewhere in Quebec, addressed to Ed Tremblay, Esquire. Franked with a 1c rose, perf. 11.75. The stamp is tied by a barred grid cancel. It has been affixed over the top edge of the paper, so that there is some light creasing of the bottom margin. However, the circular is still fine. Unitrade values a fine cover at $100.
