2 fine Regummed singles of the 2c greenish blue, black & deep red Mercator's Projection from the 1898 Imperial Penny Postage one stamp with significant upward shift of red & extra islands. VF centered, but some oxidation of the blue oceans. One stamp shows an unusual 1/2 mm upward shift in the deep red. This is scarcer than you would think, as the vast majority of these stamps had the red more or less correctly aligned. The Extra islands on the second stamp are just northeast of Madagascar, and between St. Helena and the west coast of Africa.
