Lot 309 - One Red Box Full Of Mint & Used Sweden From 1850's to Late 70's

One red box of 102 card-like sleeves containing a mix of mint and used Sweden starting from the second arms issues to the late 1970's. The classic period to 1897 is sparse, and much of the material for this period has faults. From 1897 on everything is at least fine, with most being VF. Although there are a few mint from the 20's and 30's, most mint material begins after 1949. Mint is generally present in quantities from 1-4 of each, while used is present in up to 10 of a stamp. 

Approximately 3,600 stamps, or more, based on a conservative estimate of 900 cards, and 4 stamps per card. Some only have one, but others have 6 to 10, so it should average out. At 25c minimum, it catalogues about $900.  Many of the mint stamps catalogue between 55c and 75c. Our estimate at 10% of catalogue is $90.
