A single on cover of the 5c sap olive green Queen Victoria from the 1860-1867 Cents Issue portion of front missing but a scarce usage of this first printing. Sent from Bend Of Penti Codiac( Moncton) to Woodstock on Feb. 22, 1862, passing Through Fredericton on Feb. 27, 1862. It arrived in Woodstock on Feb. 28, 1862. It went unclaimed and was redirected to Bangor Maine where it was sent collect, being stamped "Cents 10" to denote payment required
