A blue album with 23 pages and lies flat when open. 12 ring binder system, ideal for placing plate blocks. Dimensions are 28cm x 21cm x 3.5cm. Comes with black slipcase. The pages are laid out to take larger plate blocks of the horizontal pre-1967 issues. There are some pen and pencil markings on the pages, so you will need whiteout tape, but these are very sturdy albums, and with a 22 ring system the pages will not come out.
