This group is the second watermarked universal Penny Postage issue, on the thin, hard Cowan and Basted Mills papers, with single watermark that have been printed from the new Waterlow, Dot and Royale plates between 1902 and 1906. All are identified on the back of the 102 card the stamps are in.
