A complete 25c booklet with a DF cover, and HF pane with a width of 74mm. This is a variation of McCann BK74ah which is for a HF pane in DF cover and 74mm wide. This width is not listed in this fluorescence with a dead cover. It is the only example I had in a lot of several hundred BK74's.
