Perfectly centered and fresh NH examples of the 3c dull purple 1967 Third Postal Scrip Issue stamp in the small format, printed on papers giving DF ivory and DF greyish white reactions under UV light. This smaller format is very similar to the scarcer Second Centennial postage due issue and is much scarcer than the larger format. Van Dam values F-65 NH examples at $25. Perfectly centered examples are much, much scarcer and should be worth a premium. The stamps offered here grade 84 as follows:
