A complete set of the souvenir sheet and booklet stamps of the 2013 Chinatown Gates issue. Most of the souvenir sheet stamps have disturbed gum as it appears they were affixed to the plastic on a parcel and then cancelled. This was a fairly common practice when th sender desired to preserve the stamps. However, they are all cancelled. Only 250,000 souvenir sheets were issued.
