A VG & Fine OG pair of the 3c dull orange red Queen Victoria from the 1870-1897 Small Queen Issue. Montreal printing, perf. 12. Thick, shiny gum. Quite heavily toned and pulled perfs on the top pair, but mint nonetheless.
