18 VF used singles of the 2c, 3c green & vermilion Queen Victoria from the 1870-1897 Small Queen Issue. 2nd Ottawa printings, variety of papers & shades. Every stamp is different from the others in some way, either by shade, paper or possibly even perforation, as I never had the time to check the exact measurements. The cancels are all fairly light and relatively face-free, allowing the colours to be fully seen. On the 2c stamps, the paper is mostly the translucent, soft, poor quality paper. On the 3c stamps, the paper is mostly all the opaque, soft poor quality paper.
