According to Nicholson, just 16,680 6d were issued from 2 printings in October 1904 (10,320) & August 1905 (6,240).. There were 7 printings of this issue as follows; April 1904 (1/2d & 2d), May 1904 (1/2d, 2d, 2.5d & 1/-), June 1904 (1d), October 1904 (6d), November 1904 (2d, 2.5d, 4d, 6d, 1/-, 2/6d, 5/-, 10/- & £1), March 1905 (1/2d, 1d) & April 1905 (1d - all booklets). All except one printing of the 2d were head type A, 2017 Gibbons Cat £13. Our estimate of the value based on the condition is $33.
