A complete 50c counter booklet with doctor blade flaws on 1/3, 2/3 & 1/5, HF cover and NF/NF-fl smooth panes, pale orange & pale green shades. This is similar to the other doctor blade flaws, but rather than one or two continuous hairline tag bars through both 2c stamps, there are two separate hairline tag bars: one at the left of 1/3 and another on the right side of 2/3.
