A fine cover sent from Quebec on July 12th 1875 To Toronto, franked with a 3c rose Small Queen stamp from the Ottawa printing covering the first class postal rate. There are no transit stamps on the back, just a Toronto stamp that appears to say the 13th, with the month illegible. Unitrade values a fine cover at $20.
