Includes November 12, 1896 Belleville, September 19, 1894 St. Hillarion, Quebec, Feb 14, 1895 Halifax, NS and July 30, 1895 Winnpeg, MB Cancels. A couple of short perfs on the St. Hillarion stamp, but this is one of the better cancels, having a rarity factor of 7 on a 10 point scale.
