Three VF CDS used examples of the 2c on 3c carmine Queen Victoria from the 1899 Provisional Issue on vertical wove paper. The first is cancelled with an August 25, 1899 Sydney CDS cancel. The second is cancelled with an August 21, 1899 Chipman split ring cancel, and finally the third stamp is cancelled with August 10, 1899 Quebec CDS.
