A very well centered and attractive looking, but slightly faulty VGNH example of the 1c blue green Queen Victoria from the 1898-1902 Numeral Issue, printed on vertical wove. The stamp has a short perforation, a diagonal gum bend and a light horizotal crease, which reduce the grade to VG.
