A VG OG and NH lower left plate 8 block of 6 of the 2c dark brown King George V from the 1930-1932 Arch/Leaf Issue showing a constant flaw affecting the are between "CE" of "Cents", in which a portion of the "C and E" is missing. This is a semi-constant flaw, in that it occurs on the same position of the sheet on other denoinations, but the exact location of the flaw on the "C" and "E" varies. Lot 173 is a variation of this flaw.
