A fresh, well centered and very fine OG NH pair of the 14c black Newfoundland Dog stamp from the 1937 Long Coronation issue, showing a vertical guideline through the crown and "A" of "Newfoundland" on the top stamp. Unlisted in Unitrade. This example is line perf. 14.25 and has crackly cream gum, that show the normal natural gum creases and there is a natural gum skip in the middle of the bottom stamp. Unitrade values a VFNH normal pair at $24, but a reasonable value for this would be $40. The pair offered here grades 80 as follows:
