An almost VG but good OG example of the 1/2c black Queen Victoria from the 1897 Diamond Jubilee Issue, printed in the jet black shade on white paper, showing a vertical scratch in the eft side of the "V", a vertical dash in the "8" of "1897" and a horizontal dash between "NT". Fine appearance, but a severe diagonal crease in the upper right corner reduces the grade from fine to good
