A VFOG example of the 1/2c black Queen Victoria from the 1897 Diamond Jubilee Issue, printed in the jet black shade on white paper, and showing a dot and a vertical line inside the "R", which entends all the way through the stamp, showing up inside the top of the crown, into the top margin and between "Half Cent" just to the left of the "C". A nice example of this full plate scratch.
