Complete for the Scott number range including issues between Scott #3298 and #3428, except for 3299-3300, 3303-3314, 3316-3323, 3330, 3333, 3337-3340, 3342-3357, 3360, 3387-3396, 3397, 3399-3403, and 3419. 3376 is creased, but is of minimal value anyway and not counted. 2008 Scott cat. $18.80.
