A VF CTO used group of 23 commemorative sets from 1966 including all issues between Scott #3154 and #3276, except for 3156-3158, 3160-3164, 3167-3171, 3175, 3179-3183, 3188-3192, 3195-3199, 3202-3232, 3253-3254, 3267 and 3269-3272. 3257/3268 are represented by different plain and fluorescent paper versions as well as shades. 2008 Scott cat. $25.20.
