A very fine and attractive single weight, mixed franking airmail cover to Norway, sent on October 2, 1948. Franked with 3c War issue, 4c Princess Elizabeth and two singles of the Responsible Government issue, which was released the day before, to pay the 15c rate to Norway.
A nice early usage of the Responsible Government issue, to a less usual Western European destination.
