A well centered and NH example of the 5c deep rose lilac parliament buildings stamp from the 1977-1982 Floral & Environmental issue. Printed on NF/DF-fl paper containing a low density concentration of LF fibres and showing an unlisted vertical line above the centre roof.
Unitrade does not list this variety, but it is quite striking and we estimate it to be worth at least $5. The stamp offered here grades 80 as follows:
