A local special delivery cover, sent in May 1985 when the rates were uniform throughout Canada. It is franked with a single 1c decoy on Abitibi paper and a $1 Glacier CBN printing, plus a 37c 1984 Christmas stamp. Together this pays $1.38, which is $1.06 special delivery fee and 32c postage.
There is a folding crease on the left side, but otherwise it is a fine cover. Est. $5.
